Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Perfect for on-the-go's and on-the-couch! Be careful you might get hooked on these yummy peanut butter + dark chocolate chip protein balls. It can be a tricky situation when you are a college student trying to make sufficiently nutritious and delicious meals. Making snacks at home has never been so easy. Here's what you'll need: -2 cups old fashion oats -1 cup dark chocolate chips -1 cup unsweetened coconut -1 cup ground flaxseed -3/4 cup of honey -1 & 1/3 cup peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Once all dry ingredients are mixed, add peanut butter and honey

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients til it is a dough-like consistency

  4. Roll into balls

  5. Refrigerate (personal preference: about an hour)

  6. Serve!
